You can ask us at any time to delete the data we hold about you or your company, including data obtained through Google or Meta APIs when you connected your accounts.
How to request it
- Email info@ekualia.com with the subject "Data deletion".
- Include your name, the company and the accounts or services concerned (for example, the connected Google Ads account or Facebook Page).
- If you connected accounts through authorisation (OAuth), you can also revoke access directly in your Google account's security settings or in Meta's business integrations settings.
What we do
We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days, revoke our access and delete the data within 30 days at most, except data we must keep by law (for example, invoices). We will send you written confirmation once deletion is complete.
