  • Controller: MDE HUB, S.L. (trading as Ekualia)
  • Tax ID: B27582428
  • Registered address: C/ de la Borrasca 19, 14-L, 46014 Valencia (Spain)
  • Email: info@ekualia.com

2. What data we process and why

  • Contact form and email: name, email, company, website and the message you send us. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you are a client, to manage the business relationship.
  • Browsing this website: usage data through Google Analytics and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookie policy.
  • Client services: when a client hires us, we access their marketing accounts (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager and Meta) with their authorisation and only to provide the contracted service: reporting, measurement and campaign management.

3. Use of data from Google and Meta APIs

Our internal tools (the “Ekualia Claude” application) access Google APIs (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Business Profile) and Meta APIs solely for the accounts of clients who have granted us access. With that data we:

  • only produce reports and manage that client's own campaigns and content;
  • do not sell it or share it with third parties, nor use it for our own advertising;
  • do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence models;
  • do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with the law, or as part of a corporate transaction, always with appropriate safeguards;
  • keep it only as long as needed to provide the service and delete it when the relationship ends or the client asks us to.

Ekualia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you write to us.
  • Performance of a contract, for our clients.
  • Legitimate interest, to answer information requests.

5. Retention

For as long as the relationship lasts or as needed to handle your request, and thereafter for the applicable legal periods.

6. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. We use service providers acting as data processors (web hosting, email, analytics and AI tools) with GDPR safeguards. Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), which receives the payment and billing details needed to charge; Ekualia never sees or stores card details. Some are outside the European Economic Area (for example Google or Meta in the US), covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ekualia.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
